Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding utilization within existing hospital accounts.
Build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, supply chain, and value analysis committees.
Provide clinical product support during procedures and ensure successful customer adoption.
Deliver product demonstrations, in-service education, and ongoing clinical training.
Navigate complex hospital sales cycles involving multiple clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage opportunities, account activity, and sales forecasting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and commercial leadership to maximize customer success.
Maintain a high level of product, market, and competitive knowledge.
Ideal Background
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of successful medical device or healthcare sales experience.
Experience selling into hospitals and navigating complex healthcare environments.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive new business development and grow existing accounts.
Experience supporting procedural-based products is highly desirable.
Clinical knowledge of respiratory care, bronchoscopy, endoscopy, critical care, surgery, or related procedural specialties is preferred.
Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with regular travel throughout an assigned territory.
