Senior Manager – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Valuation Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior commercial real estate valuation professional to support a review of real estate appraisals used for financing purposes. The role requires deep expertise in CRE valuation methodologies and the ability to independently challenge valuation assumptions using market data.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess commercial real estate appraisals used in financing decisions

• Validate valuation assumptions, methodologies, and key performance indicators

• Challenge existing valuation reports using independent market transaction data

• Provide updated or corrected market and mortgage values where required

• Apply inspection techniques including data verification, analysis, interviews, and sampling

Required Skills & Experience

• In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate valuation methodologies and CRE markets

• Minimum of 3 years of individual CRE asset valuation experience

• Experience gained within a reputable European valuation firm

• Ability to independently source and analyse market transaction data

• Strong professional judgement and analytical skills

Certifications

• RICS certification and/or equivalent nationally recognised valuation qualification

• Senior Manager level

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
