Overview
Senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end supply chain and operational execution for a global pharmaceutical organization. This position oversees internal manufacturing sites and external partners, while also supporting commercial launch readiness, distribution, and cross-functional operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain planning, inventory strategy, and commercial product launch execution

• Oversee manufacturing operations across internal sites and contract partners

• Manage commercial relationships with contract manufacturers, logistics providers, and sales operations

• Ensure compliance with FDA, MHRA, cGMP, and applicable distribution regulations

• Establish and maintain quality standards across distribution and supply activities

• Develop and manage operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting

• Provide operational leadership for ERP implementation and system migrations

• Support commercialization planning for new products and business initiatives

• Contribute to executive leadership discussions and strategic decision-making

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects and company-wide initiatives

• Coach and mentor team members to drive performance and professional development

• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and geographically dispersed teams

• Participate in performance management and policy development
