Business Development Associate / Manager – Preclinical & Translational Sciences - Chicago, IL

Role Summary

A rapidly growing biotechnology organization with cutting-edge preclinical and translational platforms is seeking a commercially minded professional to join its business development team. This role offers strong exposure to immuno-oncology, genetically engineered animal models, and preclinical pharmacology, combining deep science with hands-on commercial experience in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of preclinical science, platforms, and commercial applications

  • Support marketing initiatives focused on brand awareness and market presence


Qualifications

  • PhD in a bioscience-related field

  • Strong interest in biopharmaceutical science and commercial applications

  • Enjoys networking and engaging with senior scientists and industry leaders

  • Prior revenue generation or business development experience is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
