Position: Director, Business Development
Location: Remote East Coast (Boston Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business by identifying and pursuing leads
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients
• Manage key accounts through efficient communication and project oversight
• Monitor client projects and ensure strong ongoing engagement
• Research market demand and contribute to BD and marketing strategy
• Collaborate with internal technical, scientific, and project management teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Chemistry (or related) with 5+ years progressive experience in business development within CDMO/R&D (pharma or biotech)
