Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead new business growth in the life sciences sector. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—while building strong client relationships and driving adoption of our automation platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed quota

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through research, networking, and outreach

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers

  • Collaborate with technical teams to shape solutions that meet customer needs

  • Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts in CRM tools

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Computer Science, or related field

  • 7+  years of B2B automation or technology sales experience (life sciences/biotech preferred)

  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

  • Ability to travel up to 50% to meet clients and attend industry events
