Your Role:

As a Cyber Security Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients to identify vulnerabilities, develop security strategies, and implement solutions that safeguard their operations. You’ll be the trusted advisor guiding organizations through the evolving landscape of cyber threats while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Risk Assessment & Threat Analysis: Perform comprehensive security assessments, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and threat modeling, to identify and mitigate risks.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement tailored cyber security strategies that align with the client’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Policy & Compliance: Advise on industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CMMC, ensuring clients maintain compliance with regulations.
• Incident Response: Assist clients in preparing for and responding to cybersecurity incidents, including data breaches, ransomware attacks, and insider threats.
• Technology Implementation: Recommend and deploy security solutions such as firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM systems, and identity management tools.
• Training & Awareness: Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance cybersecurity awareness among client teams.
• Thought Leadership: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity, contributing to the development of innovative approaches for our client’s services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in cyber security consulting, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and CIS Controls.
• Expertise in tools and technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection systems.
• Understanding of cloud security (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and securing hybrid environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
